This person on instagram was threatening my friend saying he will put all of his information on the dark web,
in reality he won't do anything, but this type of behaviour should be punished as threatening to post information on the DARK WEB! 
where all illegal things are sold. So i will do the exact same with some of the information i dug up on him. he also tried to scam me of $100 to get me to hack someone, 
this was hilarious as he showed me a photoshopped picture of 5 grand in his paypal. LOL
