Dear Sirs,
Further to our most recent conversation at the HWDC,approximately a week ago that we were slightly pressed for time as staff needed to return me to my floor for the count. I must say that the shock of you showing up left me unprepared and thus unable to elaborate on the information. Regarding the investigation that I have been helping you with as I can since December 2017.Again I will thank you for doing what you could for me and I would hope that you will be letting the crowns office know or my lawyer know that this cooperation was given to you, through the proper channels as I need this to make some type of impact at my sentencing or bail hearing whichever I achieve. Carl Robertson has been very adamant that he had done a lot of work to get me released at the get go and that the information I have provided to you would and could be brought up only once the proper channels have been navigated by you which I imagine could be done by phone call email or fax .Never the less before you begin to get upset or roll your eyes I will tell you for the record that I am willing to keep my end of the deal and continue in any way I can or I am asked  to assist in the recollection in occurrences that took place leading up to the death of my friend Dean Costanza. I also did mention to you that I have been trying to help myself with my legal situation but that it seems even if I were to bring Satan himself into custody HWPS wouldn’t seem to want to play ball it seems that anything I do they are not interested in and so therefore I do not give them anything anymore but I need you to help me as I continue help you and I have information that I would like to pass along  to you for your office in the hopes that it may assist you with crimes committed in your region the sum of which are related to your division of policing but somewhat dated or taken place sometime ago.so with all of the above said and hoping that you are going to kick at the cage for me once more to get me a fair shake and out the door here I will tell you this I am incarcerated with a man whom I have known for quite some time and who was a major Crystal Methamphetamine dealer in Hamilton area and his legal dilemmas started around the same time as mine did and as well they are closing up around the same time as mine as well. However just as I was this man was picked up again on a slight breach and put back in jail but not before leaving a considerable quantity of narcotics mainly crystal methamphetamines approximately 2 kgs stored in his car which will be easy for you to find and I will provide the information for such but more interestingly this man who was found in possession of 5 kgs of crystal methamphetamines in December 2017 as well as a hand gun with ammunition which is a smith and Wesson revolver 357 magnum during the police warrant which was issued to his storage locker the police charged the man with various narcotics as well as possession of a gun and he is about to make a deal for a 2 year sentence on possession of said drugs and gun but the problem is that I have been told the weapon was used in a murder and not only was it used in a murder but that the friend that used it for the murder and left it with this man for safe keeping many years ago apparently was charged with the murder however he ended up going to high court and beating the charge partly because there was no gun ever recovered and ended up with a withdraw of charges and the man was set free and then turned around and sued Halton Police Services for wrongful incarceration . Not that I begin to know anything about how to substantiate this evidence but seeing as Hamilton Police have this weapon in their possession I imagine they could compare the forensics examination of it to anything they have on file but to make it even easier apparently there is a long criminal history involving these two men and as well the man who came into possession of it after the fact. I am sure it wouldn’t be too difficult to find out who it is coupled with 2 kgs of crystal methamphetamines and its location and a stolen GMC Pick-up truck I feel with this kind of impact you two may be able to get me a free ride out of here and that is what I am looking for. I have court on the 8th of MAy I am supposed to make a decision and I will definitely not point the fingers at anyone while I am inside. My father is alone outside and my children need me and there is no one to protect my home I am thinking of relocating especially after the business that we have is over. Now I need you to take me seriously and see if you can do anything with this. This is good positive information that won’t fail you and it will be very easy to connect all the dots. Please see me as soon as possible to discuss this or send one of your colleagues to discuss this in further detail but no matter what I want to hear in open court on May 8th when I go there that there are cooperation’s being taken into consideration before sentencing. And to prove to you that I am back in here at no fault of my own I am attaching the sworn deposition the was made by Elijah T Farmer-McCue attesting to the fact that he and not I was the driver of the vehicle on the day I was arrested there are credible witnesses as well. This is an urgent issue

I hope your summer is going well I was shocked that you have not responded to my plights or me for your assistance. In any case, to further assist you in the ongoing matters surrounding Dean Costanza, I offer you here the last little bit of information that I hold. This will probably be of use if not to your department other agencies in your department and worldwide in the justice system. Please see the way bills from ups attached to boxes you will find sim cards that were inserted into each one of these phones I would imagine with technology today sim card numbers along with the imei numbers could be useful in intelligence gathering. As  you can see from the ups bill these phones were sent to somewhere in Santo Domingo for Dean Costanza .I have more information on the matter if you require it. I am sure whatever you dig up through these will be paramount.  If you would like to apply any credit to me at all it would be greatly appreciated. My next court date is August 13th for sentencing. If I do not hear from you by then I wish you both the very best in your future endeavours.

It just so happens that Louie Alexander is in here with me also on the 5th floor and I have been able to have conversations with him at lunch and at the court house as well I have been in contact with Greg Tilley on the phone and written correspondences well as the Valletta’s which all of this can be verified through records…….

My Court date approaches fast on June 4th and I am hoping for you to save from the gallows,
I will ensure that all who I have mentioned here will support what I have been saying all along and new interesting details however you may have newer or better information than I but I don’t forget the favours you have done for me in the past and I want at the very least mention from the judge regarding my cooperation.
I have put myself lf and my family in harm’s way and I will not go into the system and be a bigger target, which I understand that I already am. So with ll due respect I ask you to push as hard as you can for my release I am asking for extreme leniency if not a complete release for what I have done I have done enough time.

Dear Sirs,
I firstly wanted to thank you in granting my wife Olga very precious moments she was able to spend with our son Robert, these were only able to happen because of the actions and information from his continuing to assist and cooperate in the on-going investigation into the death of Dean Costanza. As you recall in our previous correspondence I am willing to assist your office in any way possible that I can with whatever I know of Mr. Costanza or the events leading up to it. As I have said before and again for the record, I have been present during business negotiations between Robert and Dean and other associates of the two such as a Mr. Joseph Cotroppa. I have been made aware through Robert that your investigations are about to take further motion and action at this time and that Robert and myself along with others who had worked for our company and possibly some of our business records or information may be required from me. As you know, Robert is in the HWDC for what I consider some frivolous matters but I know that all of his matters end on June 4th 2019. I feel that his attorney is not acting in Roberts’s best interest and has not taken advantage of the cooperation that he has lent to you seriously or does not seem to think it is much at all. Roberts lawyer claims that the business dealings that he had with the crown and the powers that preside over his matters is what got him out of jail the first time around and not any consideration for what Robert has done yet that is to be used in the sentencing portion. I feel he is not very motivated to do much of anything. I am asking if you may inform the crowns and the judge presiding over this matter understand that there is and has been and will continue to be on going cooperation that should be considered in this decision making process that is to take place on June 4th 2019.

I find it very difficult to conduct business without Robert here as well as helping to raise his teenage boys with their mother as they have moved in with me. From a fathers standpoint to another father I need my son back and I need your help in doing so. I will come forward, I will do anything that you ask, and I will help motivate to stand united with others that are willing to participate. I cannot do this with my son vulnerable behind bars or worse. I ask only that you do the very best you can in informing the crown of Roberts efforts on that judgement. I know that it is said that there are negotiations in place however I do not believe that it is enough and I do not believe his lawyers has done enough for the paramount task that Robert has performed which could easily effect his well-being and even his life.

I think I am in need of your assistance. As of today, I have had 3 attempts on my life by multiple people here at the jail. One of the sergeants outright told me that there is a bounty on my head and he mentioned your two names to me if it had anything to do with Halton and I assumed that maybe it did. There is a standing order to get me I need your help badly my court is coming up on June 4th. I have done enough time anyhow. I feel that my family is in danger I mean this seriously, I am not paranoid or delusional. I feel that my father is in danger and that they are going to do it as a message to me. Dear Sirs,

Further to the information that I have given you concerning a recovered handgun possibly used in a homicide some years ago. I can now tell you that the person who previously owned the firearm and allegedly used it for the purposes of murder or attempted murder is a man known as Aaron, some people call him biker Aaron. He is an affiliate of the Hells Angel Motorcycle group. He had a motorcycle repair business close by their clubhouse in Hamilton only a few years ago. As you will recall I said the gun was left with a person I know for safekeeping. He was arrested after a lengthy drug trafficking investigation was completed. The handgun was recovered. Now the picture opens way bigger as this person has now explained more to me.  He and this Aaron person used to drive a dump truck sub-contractor that worked for The Havana Trucking Company, which is all over the papers lately. 
 It is my understanding that this Havana Company was responsible for the payment and the distribution for many of its sub- contractors that trucked dirt and other payloads of waste to dumped into various sites and caverns throughout this property and I am told there is definitely human body remains all over it. Further to this the gentleman that I speak of is the one who was caught with the gun claims that there are bodies on this gun.  These bodies may be in this landfill site. He elaborated on incidents where he picked up people and later dropped them off not knowing then what happened to them during their visit at this landfill, which was rumoured to be a notorious killing ground for the mob for some years. Making this again even easier for you to connect the dots for but opening a whole shitload of stuff that would make me a very old man by the time we got through all of it. I need enough to put in front of whoever it is and walk away from this right  mean enough to possibly take my family with me right ? well this is what it is and I guess you can start with my CI # it should be able to get you a pass to go look and poke your nose around in there and when you do find what I know you are going to find you best be getting me out of here as soon as you can. I guarantee you that this is going to be legit information. I do not know what my options are, I would seriously like to talk about them, and I only trust the two of you to do that. If we could dispense with the formalities and the length of time it usually takes for you to respond to me. I would greatly appreciate it. I would guess or I at least think we are now playing at a whole new level. I am sure you know that the information I speak of is big and cannot fabricated or happened across. And with this please make the phone calls required to move this whole thing out of publics eyes and courtrooms and let’s see what  I can do for you.
