Background: This POS is a regular scammer that buys from sellers and abuses the refund system by stating the items are defective when really he/she is just angling for a full/partial refund. 

My ebay return case: "Reason: Doesn't work or is defective Details: Hi just looked at these end cans , and they are too small and undersize for my link pipe please refund me as not what i want soz"

Since he/she opened a return case stating defective you can't give negative feedback and ebay does nothing with reports of buyers and will always side with the buyer even if they send back an empty box, 
leaving you down on stock and down on fees and postage.

One of their recent feedback from another seller: Cancel any bids he places because he will try getting refunds scum lostitnutter (229) Past month

****Although it was angbolangi on ebay that I dealt with I believe it to be Jagdip Bola, since they're registered as married and coincidentally the addresses just so happen to be down the road from one another
