Business: Wells Fargo
Reason: Application is horrible and won't allow customers to upload pictures of checks. The app design is honestly beyond horrible down to the point where looking at it makes me want to puke. Customer service is decent but that is the #1 thing that keeps me with this bank but other than that this application inspires the Hell of a suicide story. Pay your developers decently because it's clear they are treated so poorly that issues are not resolved even on a standard version of iOS.

Note: America was not founded on huge companies such as Wells Fargo so agents could be underpaid while CEOs sit in a chair doing very little. Pay your agents better to the point where they can boast about working there because a lot of your agents seem to want to take a gun to their head despite having Holidays off.

Conclusion: You have a nice company but the CEO and higher ups probably care more about doing blow (cocaine) more than they do the customers. Please fix your systems and make it so when one tries to cash a check it actually uploads. Fix your app and possibly redesign it.
