alleged breach of contract
-> December 2023, System was down for 30 days without any logical explanation, information was obtained from "a group of people" that the error was because the nayaka had not made payment to the main vendor
-> June 13, 2024 until Juli 29, 2024 (more than 40 days), the system returns to malfunction without explanation. The vendor was contacted with no explanation and deliberately stalled. Valid information is obtained that the system is malfunctioning because the main vendor has NOT BEEN PAID
-> There are indications of silencing of voices regarding this procurement, because system errors were not checked and complaints were not followed up. Allegations of default are very strong

Documentary evidence, chat captures, voice recordings, will be shared openly if by August 2 2024 there is no follow-up from the TNI AD, especially PUSINTELAD
