REASON:
Peter is an active murderer who is the primary suspect in two murders and one kidnapping. Peter is currently the subject of an inter-state manhunt by law enforcement.

SUMMARY-FROM-4CHAN:
Here's what I've put together. He was stalking a girl on the street in Willington. Parked his bike at the end of the street. Walked towards her house and was spotted by woodworker Ted. He told Ted he knows the girl and said his bike broke down. Ted offers him a ride on ATV then notices his machete/katana on his back. Exchange words or something, then Peter hacks him to death. 86 year old neighbor runs out and gets hacked. Peter leaves on a bike and police call in for the bike. He goes to some other guys house, breaks in, takes some guns, and steals a truck. Crashes truck I think. Gets to friend Nicholas house and kills him, takes girlfriend, steals her car. This is Friday/Sat. By Sunday afternoon he's spotted in East Stroudsburg having taken an Uber to a Walmart, then takes the railroad tracks north into the Poconos. Goes off the grid at this point which is where we are now. I've heard grumblings of schizophrenia and prior incidents with mental health but his social media seems normal. His dad did grope an underage girl last month. Also has a possible connection to Sandy Hook having lived on same street as Adam Lanza and the writings on the wall. The conspiracy shit with Chris Manfredonia of Sandy Hook camo guy and the whole cover up thing is also very weird. It is really odd.

ADDED-INFORMATION:
Peter's uncle, Chris Manfredonia, was an initial suspect in the Sandy Hook shooting.
He was seen in camo pants fleeing from the scene of the shooting into some nearby woods.
