**Staff Requirements and Guidelines**


General Requirements (All Staff Roles)

- Community Reputation
  → Be a notable and active member in the community, known for positive contributions.
  → Must be trustworthy and free from any history of extortion, pedophilia, or serious violations (e.g., uploading minors, breaking TOS).

- Activity
  → Be active on-site at least 3-4 times per week.
  → Participate in flagging posts and engaging with the community.
  → Participate in staff discussions and votes.

- OPSEC (Operational Security)
  → Maintain security for the staff and community.
  → No sharing or selling staff accounts or ranks. Violating this will result in account lock and demotion.
  → Avoid risky behavior that could endanger the staff or the community.
  → It is forbidden to disclose any information discussed in DIU, including internal discussions, plans, or participant data.

- Compliance
  → Follow all instructions from Managers and higher staff members unless on an approved break.
  → Do not flex your rank or cause unnecessary conflict within the staff team or community.

- Gender Restrictions
  → No females allowed on the staff team.

- Age Requirement
  → Minimum age for all staff roles is 16 years old.

- Background Check
  → Applicants will undergo a background check to ensure a clean reputation.
  → We do not accept applicants with questionable histories (e.g., "ghosts").

**Role-Specific Requirements**

**Clique Rank**
- Community Reputation
  → Be a trusted and notable member within the community.

                               OR

  → Previous experience as a Moderator with 3000+ flags.

- Activity
  → Be active on-site at least once a month.

- Eligibility
  → Cannot apply if you were demoted.
  → Can apply if you resigned with a good history as staff.

**Council Rank**
- Selection Process
  → Council members are selected through a democratic vote by Doxbin staff.
  → The final decision is made by Administrators and Managers.

- Background Check
  → A thorough background check will be conducted to ensure alignment with the team’s values.

- OPSEC
  → No selling or sharing Council accounts.
  → Violations will result in immediate demotion or removal from the team.

**Moderator Rank**
- Flagging Requirement
  → Must flag 5000+ posts and be available to work most days.

- Experience Requirement
  → Must have a minimum of 6 months as staff before applying for promotion.

Behavioral Expectations

- Promotion Requests
  → Do not beg for promotions; they are earned through consistent performance and good behavior.

- Respect & Professionalism
  → Be respectful to all members of the community.
  → Avoid unnecessary drama or conflict.

- Accountability
  → If your actions cause harm to the team or community, you will be held accountable.
  → Consequences may include demotion or removal from the team.

Consequences for Violations

- Strikes
  → Failure to meet expectations will result in strikes.
  → Accumulating strikes may lead to demotion or removal.

- Demotion/Removal
  → Serious violations (e.g., extortion, account sharing) will result in immediate demotion or account lock.
