Open Letter To The Seattle City Council:
You are about to consider a decision to allow judges to have the ability to dismiss a misdemeanor case for mental illness, homelessness and poverty, as well as allow these things to be a valid court defense. This ordinance, if added in your city budget, may be put to a vote by your council.

You have made ALL misdemeanors eligible for this potential dismissal, including sexual assaults. The only two misdemeanors to be excluded are domestic violence and DWI. This is the most psychotic-level of policy making I've ever seen. This can NOT be allowed AT ALL, as it currently stands. This would lead to a dramatic increase in personally violating crime being done to people.

You are well aware this can be exploited and lead to an exponential increase in crime in the city of Seattle. This combined with the defunding of police and transition to law enforcement by social workers will lead to Seattle becoming lawless and order being disregarded entirely. Your policy as it currently stands would even extend to misdemeanor assault being dismissed by Seattle municipal courts, leaving law-abiding citizens of the city of Seattle in fear and without the protection of the law.

White, Black, homeless, rich, poor, crime is crime.
While the people of Seattle voted for this and deserve what they get as a result of sadomasochistic liberalist, neo-Marxist, WOKE™ & WHITE GUILT™ flavored legislation, the mentally ill, homeless, and poor of all races have suffered immensely under the oppression of the United States Of America, vagrancy laws, loitering laws, park permits, for profit prisons run by wealthy elites/lobbyist groups and the various state governments who exploit the 13th Amendment to enslave prisoners.

The justice system is broken and feeds on putting people in sobriety courts or traffic courts, jail and prison. For the sake of the constituents on both sides, it is my express hope that you will find it in your hearts to review this decision. It should be passed, but also regulated heavily to prevent exploitation. I have policy suggestions below, if you are willing to listen.

===================

Revised Misdemeanor Dismissal Ordinance, Specific Stipulations, Laserhawk Edition:
- Thefts under $200 or less of non-personal property (from insured corporate stores such as Walmart, Target, etc) excusable for homeless, impoverished or mentally ill, provided there is a valid case to be made that the need was vital and immediate in the medical sense or for the sake of food, clothing, water or shelter. (i.e., theft of a blanket, tent, sleeping bag, clothing, food, first aid kits, medicine)
This includes:
- Shoplifting.
- Looting during riot/protest.
Can not be excused if a small business is targeted.

- Non-violent petty thefts of cash under $200 excusable for homeless, impoverished or mentally ill, provided there is a valid case to be made that the need was vital and immediate in the medical sense or for the sake of food, clothing, water or shelter. This excludes robbery.
Can not be excused if a small business is targeted.

- Panhandling or soliciting excusable for homeless, impoverished or mentally ill, provided there is a valid case to be made that the need was vital and immediate in the medical sense or for the sake of food, clothing, water or shelter.

- Trespassing in a rental cabin, abandoned building, wooded or forest area, cave, excusable for homeless, impoverished or mentally ill, provided there is no place for them to go and they need shelter.

- Pitching a tent or yurt in a park or wooded area excusable for homeless, impoverished or mentally ill, provided there is no place for them to go and they need shelter.

- Vagrancy and loitering excusable for homeless, impoverished or mentally ill, provided there is no place for them to go and they need shelter.

- No assaults possibly dismissed for any reason.

- No indecent exposure possibly dismissed for any reason.

- ABSOLUTELY NO possible dismissal of misdemeanor crimes of a sexual or indecent nature FOR ANY REASON, EVER, EXCEPT solicitation of prostitution in the case of poverty. I support prostitution. Thots should be able to suck that rent money right out of the customers. Seriously.

- No physical stalking or harassment possibly dismissed for any reason.

- No slander or libel possibly dismissed for any reason.

- No trespassing on private residential property excusable for any reason. Alternative sentencing for mentally ill persons. Other trespassing left to a judge's deference.

- No possible dismissal of willful graffiti, vandalism for any reason. Alternative sentencing for mentally ill persons incapable of self-control.

- No misdemeanor crimes dismissible for any reason when the victim is a minor or other vulnerable class of person.

- Misdemeanor drug possession dismissible for Marijuana, Peyote, MDMA, Shrooms, DMT, LSD, Kratom, Mescaline ONLY. No other drugs.

- Misdemeanor cybercrime for the purposes of financial gain dismissible, only when not being tried at the federal level.

- In the case of non-violent substance addiction motivated misdemeanor crime, alternative court mandated sentencing in a psychological or addiction treatment facility. Possibility of dismissal on a case by case basis, under a community service/restitution clause if any alternative sentencing agreement or dismissal is arranged.

- No further suggested changes on my end, any further unspecified parts of policy should be reviewed and changed at your discretion.

=======================

The ordinance should excuse and dismiss non-violent and non-sexual misdemeanor crimes ONLY, committed in Seattle by offenders who can show either proof, repentance, or:

• Symptoms of addiction with assessment provide a medical diagnosis.

• Symptoms of a life threatening terminal illness such as HIV/AIDS, ALS, MS, Cancer, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Dementia, etc. (Example, theft of over the counter medications, possession of a large quantity of Marijuana, narcotics possession)

• Symptoms of a severe mental disorder capable of overriding free will with psychological assessment or prior medical documentation.

• Symptoms of a severe mental or physical disability.

• Poverty and the crime was committed to meet an "immediate and basic need." (For example, if a defendant argued they stole merchandise to sell for cash in order to purchase food, clothes or was trying to scrape together enough money for rent, solicitation of prostitution, theft of camping supplies for shelter)

• Homelessness and the commission of misdemeanor crime out of necessity for food, water, clothing, shelter against insured large chain storefronts.

• That they did not target a small business, private residence, minor, senior citizen, terminally ill person or disabled person. (I.e. Vulnerable persons)

People whose sentence or charge is dismissed should have to pay restitution if they can afford it, do community service if they can not and issue a mandatory apology towards the victims. They should also be made to remain in the city of Seattle for one year, so any pending civil lawsuits for the sake of restitution/compensation may occur.

Extended Policy Notes:
I hope you will consider my policy suggestions. This policy is well needed. I also hope you will consider reformation of the policy you have for moral and safety based reasons. The citizens of Seattle will be grateful if small businesses and residential properties are not harmed, as well as if you ensure they will be safe. The substance addicted, impoverished, homeless and mentally ill can also benefit under my proposed suggestions.

Closing Notes:
• Your constituency should know your addresses so you may be held accountable to the public who pays your salaries and so that they know you are working for them should this bill not pass and people face arrest for crimes of necessity, should this bill lead to a drastic failure via an increase in crimes by opportunists or should this bill be passed as it currently is and people are hurt because of your unwillingness to modify the policy.

• Since your municipal government is not helping you get in touch with your constituency, I decided to help you out.

• I would like to see it passed, with safeguards like my suggestions or better to protect people.

• Decriminalize prostitution in Seattle city limits.
