Her ex BF pretends to be a hacker but is only able to uncover simple XSS "vulnerabilities" that are by all professional accounts unimpressive.  Justin brags about taking advantage of a less secure world 13 years ago because he defaced a single mostly obscure message board website by social engineering a DNS hijack against a weak registrar.  That was his magnum opus in "hacking" - a simple social engineering attack - 13 years ago - which he still brags about to this day.

When Justin isn't cooperating with law-enforcement and calling himself a "gangster" he is falsely accusing other people of being snitches as a projection.  Falsely claiming that someone is a snitch when they are not is a very dangerous thing to do - and there are consequences for this behavior.
