Ruzli has scammed over 30 people out of over 2 BTC and counting. 

His modus operandi consists of taking a loan and then not paying it back on time. He blackmails his victims, stating that if they don’t give him more loans, he won’t pay back the original loan. This ends up with him scamming very large amounts from people.

If Ruzli contacts you to sell you something or for a loan, you have been warned — he WILL scam you or use you as a pawn in his Ponzi scheme.
