BACKGROUND:

The Father, Robert Bowman of Cape Girardeau Missouri, 63701, was found to be in contact with Methamphetamines with the Mother, Trisha Marie Davidson. His child, whose name will not be disclosed due to the Terms of
    Service with doxbin, who is also the child, and fourth of Trisha Marie Davidson, has been within the custody of the Missouri Department of Family Services under three caseworkers since the date of 2/28/23. He,
    Robert Bowman, has refused countless times to take Urine Tests to even SEE his kid, refuses to cooperate, and currently is a dick to my Maternal Grandmother, who possesses Foster- Guardianship of the Child. In 
    August of
    2024, he and Trisha both got more rights restricted for the confrontation between the two with the Child present. Present in the very room were three meth heads. It got reported, and ultimately, as of 9/26/24,
    I am deciding to open this paste. Ill-Will is directed towards said personage(s) as the Maternal Grandmother who possesses Guardianship is about to the Elderly Limit of Anger.
