The parents listed wouldn't make much sense as they are in their late 60's yet you listed Lee as being born in 2003... Information provided is just false, do some research next time.

There were two directors, not just one and there was no legal part of the company that needed to be managed. The company has not ben removed from public view, it is still listed on companies house, its just no longer an active company.

The information here is just false. Simply by searching the business name online you can see that no company accounts were submitted which means that no moeny was made through the company, which means no such scam has taken place.

Renz / Claire applied for the company to be struck off the register(therefore removing it from public view) on 23 Nov 2020
