Known as HydrochloRick#4624 on his DXM discord server, Richard Jacobson aka “Rick” was 27 years old when he used his position of authority, knowledge of
psychology, and possibly drugs to prey upon a 17 year old girl. In a majority of the US this is statutory rape, child luring, and several other felony offenses. His 
excuse, as well as that of his pedophilia sympathizers, such as Guardian【=◈︿◈=】#0923, is that Pennsylvania’s “legal” age of consent is 16 years old.
Regardless of the legalities, his predatory intentions are morally reprehensible, as such are his abuses of position within his server.
