This asshole DRUGGED RAPED AND MOLESTED a woman when she was just 8 years old exactly 21 years ago. They have NOT been arrested or questioned about the incident, despite it being reported to the State Troopers. 
The District Attorney in Alaska had decided in favor of the rapist/pedophole/child molester 
because there was "not enough evidence" in the case to do anything.

He drugged and raped  8 years old girl and attempted to drug the victims 
Brother (Age 5. At the time) and their half sibling (Age 10. At the time) The 
10 year old was also molested by this piece of dog shit 
And he even had wrote that he wanted to have sexual intercourse with her

His wife knew about the incident, but did NOTHING.
