These two are known in VA beach to be washed up drunk, coked up,
Underage girl flirting and more.. these bozos who try to run a "valet" company 
they hire people without licenses , without green cars, without being on
their insurance, and whenever there is an accident the owners try to play it off
So the customer can't get anything out of their own car being damaged by some 
Rinky dink valet company.
