Conducting jury selection on 8-24 at a Great Falls, MT hotel for a criminal trial.
A man reporting for jury duty did not want to wear a mask (covid) and stated he has problems breathing with masks.
Judge Larson immediately found the man in contempt of court and ordered the Sheriff to hold juror in jail for 24 hours. 
Jail is currently experiencing a covid outbreak, judge didnt' care.
