   she was at the time in a known public relationship with Michael (aged 20/21) 
   Michael is formerly known as @OhFears @owofears @AnimeMan76 @fearsWRLD. 
   Here is a link of Maxx tweeting at Laura as evidence that a grown man was knowingly involved with a victim of child grooming/pedophilia.

2. Maxx (aged 18+) pays a user formerly recognized as Rouge/Rach (formerly first leader of Fuyu), in exchange for explicit nude images. 
   At this time Rachel was known as being 16/17. There were several exchanges between the two, money in exchange for nudes of a MINOR.
