My name is Maximilian Watz and I have been attending the 4th grade of the tourism branch at the Wifi St.Pölten tourism school since September.

I would like to apply for my 12-week mandatory internship in your company in summer 2019. I would like to work in the service area.

I was able to gain my first experiences in my father's restaurant as well as in the hotel-restaurant Höldrichsmühle, practical work days, in the kitchen and service.

In July 2016 I spent three weeks with Manfred Buchinger in the "Zur Alten Schule" inn and sniffed the gourmet kitchen.
