Doxxed two former users of his service, ages 13 and 16 after they posted or openly stated their distaste for the direction of the MilitaryRP server.
Information was likely acquired through PayPal records. 
Being the owner of a company, this breaches customer-owner confidentiality and likely breaches PayPal’s ToS as well as state and federal law. 
This is very dangerous to customers of his services and compromises his own business.
