EDIT: Kadian Nelson has been found by locals, here's footage of him being chased:

On the Tuesday 3rd November 2020, around 7am, a video was recorded of Kadian Nelson attempting to kidnap
a 9-year old child (scroll down, source 1) while she was trying to walk to school. The pair were approached by a
woman who was recording the situation, and when the woman got close,the girl's mouth was clearly covered
and Mr Nelson started to run away. The girl was clearly distressed, and she told the woman that she did not
know who the man was.

The man has also been accused of raping another girl, and since his "debut" on several news outlets people have
been in search of his address, with a snapchat story showing several men outside his supposed house (see source 2). 
The address in this dox has been confirmed from unnamed witnesses, photographic match-ups and various databases.

This is not an accusation, he has been caught in the act.
