This guys is known for scamming people online for thousands of dollars. He promotes cannabis for medicinal purposes (posting vids of it helping people with seizures).
Long story short, his father died a while back and he inherited loads of money that he just bought top grade cannabis extracts with.
Max then gets a load of followers because hes an "influencer".
He then starts a snapchat and scams people.
