~ Ask them to look up an IP address in Grandslam, they wont get the full account details but they'll get a MAC address. Then -
~ ask them to look up the MAC address and you'll get the account details.

2:
~ Ask them to go into DNS Lookup in Grandslam and then look up the IP address you need details on.

3:
~ Call the NOC (Network Operation Center) and say that you're a field tech and there's trouble with the neighbors stealing - 
~ cable lines and mixing them up and ask them to look it up in Grandslam so you can make sure that the IP address is -
~ routing to the right MAC address. Then just call regular Tier 1's and ask them to look up the MAC address.

~ Ask them to go into Einstein > DNS Lookup and then ask them to look up the IP address you need details on.

When you get on the phone with them, just explain to them that you're having troubles accessing your Omnia and your Toolbox and need some assistance. Then prompt them to open up their Toolbox.
 
After their Toolbox is opened up, they will see a slot named "DHCP Search" This is where they should type in the IP address.
 
After that they're able to view everything on the customer's account. They can even view the full SSN!

~ cable lines and mixing them up and ask them to look it up in ? so you can make sure that the IP address is routing to -

Method 1.: For Verizon FiOs IP lookups you can tell the agent to use the CPE Manager tool which has a STB(Set-Top Box) Tracking tab and on it theres an search box labeled "WAN IP" which you can look the IP Address up in
and then it will show how many set box's the customer currently has then you tell the agent to look up the Circuit ID and it will pull up the whole entire account!
