He is a German Shepherd breeder. In the Neighborhood he is well known 
for beating his dogs an leaving them walking around unleashed. We saw him beating little puppies in his backyard, when we were younger. Because of his mistreating, his Dogs killed two Neighborsdogs, in the last two Years. The worst thing is, that he is proud of his dogs
killing and attacking other dogs. In his mindset, dogs need to kill. He is known for being a aggressive lunatic.
