Morgan Clift has tortured and killed dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens at our landfill operations job. He beat a dog to death with a large metal rod and savagely whipped another with a chain, leaving it with deep lacerations and shattered bones. 
He stuffed a puppy into a trash bag and crushed it in a trash compactor. He has poisoned multiple animals (mostly cats), using antifreeze, rat poison, and other toxic substances. He locked a kitten in a cage and burned it alive. 
He routinely shoots stray animals under the false pretense of them being "rabid." The manager is complicit. Not only does he actively conceal the killings, but he also threatens to terminate and pin the abuse on any worker who tries to report these actions to law enforcement.
