Reason for this:

User is a pedophile that has sexually harassed children on Discord for many years, and has yet to stop. He is a drug addict that most likely also has raped children, but nothing has been reported regarding the rape. He also threatened a 12 year old to send nudes, to not get swatted. 

I want someone to stop this user, harming in real life would most likely be the best option.
