Catfishing minorities online for preditorial reason. Ethan has been doing for years and has created a fake profiles, posing as a girl named "Etanie Foubert" who is 15 years old and is looking for a relationship online. He has been using it to text minorities in an attempt to "online date" them and gain their trust. When doing this, he has a very sexual attitude to the way that he talks to these minors. He does this in hope of gaining their trust before he asks them to send explicit picture of themselves to him. He uses pictures of a young girl when posing as "Etanie", and it is assumed that the pictures are of Ethan's niece or relative. He also uses a voice changer when calling with the minorities. In other words, he is an online pred and needs to be stopped.

Based on patterns in Ethan's conversations he has with these minorities, he has a habit of bringing up a few things when it comes to talking with the minorities about his personal life. He has an obsession with Drag Queens, more specifically the 2009 TV show known as "RuPaul's Drag Race". He also has a deep interest in fashion and clothing, as well as bragging about having expensive perfume that cost around $200. Ethan also has repeatedly claimed to have been sent to mental hospitals for self harm; which after further diving, has been proved to be completely false as no records of Ethan ever stepping foot into a mental hospital of any kind have been found. Another reoccurring act by Ethan is the habit of sending images that have text on them. These images are usually random, but many times have text on them that say things like the following:
- when he is the only one keeping you alive
- when your only alive for him
- when your boyfriend is your only hope
It is assumed that Ethan sends images like this in in order to get the minor to sympathize with Ethan and to make the minor feel like they are what is keeping Ethan alive. Based on how Ethan interacts and chats with these minorities, Ethan shows many clear signs of having Narcissistic Disorder, Anxiety, and Antisocial Personality Diorder as he likes to manipulate the minorities in order to get them to do what he wants. Whether it being to threaten them to do something or else he will, quote-on-quote, end himself, or asking the same question over and over again in different terms and ways to get what he wants, it is clear that Ethan is a very manipulative and cunning predator.
