On 11/30/2023, at approximately 1128 hours, AST responded to a residence near Gold Mint Dr in Wasilla for a reported domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed Chase Cunitz, age 20 of Wasilla, caused damage to a residence of a family member. He was arrested for Criminal Mischief 5, a domestic violence crime, and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial where he is held until arraignment.

On 5/9/23, AST was contacted in reference to a disturbance involving a firearm at a residence on Crazy Pearson RD in Wasilla. It is reported that a male suspect, Chase Cunitz, age 20 of Wasilla, brandished a firearm and fired one round in response to another domestically related family member approaching the property he was on. Through investigation, probable cause was established to arrest Chase for DV Assault 3 and Misconduct Involving Weapons 4.
