Hello everybody, we are TEAMMOBO. Breonna Taylor was an innocent women who was slain
by the LMPD in her own home shortly after midnight on March 13, 2020.
We would like to provide you all with a more in depth
dox of the officers involved in the Breonna Taylor murder that took place March 13th, 2020.
The officers responsible have an extensive history of power abuse and manipulation of the legal
infrastructure that is designed in their favor to get away with a multitude of incidents.
The officers obtained a "No-Knock" warrant after surveying Jamarcus Glover who reportedly
"picked up a package containing drugs" from Ms. Taylor apartment. Glover was arrested and
officers acted out their "No-Knock" warrant. Ms. Taylor's boyfriend lived with her at her
apartment and opened fire on the officers mistaking them for home invaders.
Shortly after Ms. Taylor was shot 8 times and killed.

Cosgrove was hired by the LMPD in May 2005.
He worked in the LMPD’s 8th, 4th and 6th divisions.
He was placed on paid administrative leave in December, 2006 following a shooting in Louisville’s East End. Cosgrove shot 11 times at a car at a Speedway gas station.
The driver Arthur L. Satterly and his passengers sued Cosgrove for excessive force arresting them without probable cause. Federal Judge Charles R. Simpson claimed to have found that he had sufficient facts to pull the car over.
He was then released from his suspension and returned to work in May 2007. Complains have been filed against Cosgrove for making "very unprofessional comments" to a Louisville community member. He was promoted to the LMPD's narcotics
division from 8th division in 2016 after being suspended the earlier in the same year for skipping a court hearing.

Hankison was hired by the LMPD in January 2003.
He worked in the LMPD’s 8th, 4th and 6th divisions.
Hankison improperly charged an individual with carrying a concealed weapon for having a shotgun in the trunk in April, 2005. In 2008 he has been reported for receiving oral sex in exchange for not arresting a women. The same year he and
other officers were accused of dragging a male teenager out of a vehicle and beating him. Regarding both incidents, internal investigators with LMPD botched the investigations and deemed them "unfounded". In August 2009, he failed to notify
his supervisor regarding a third-degree assault and resisting arrest charges against an individual so the appropriate photos could have been taken and failed to call for EMS when an arrested suspect swallowed cocaine.
On May 25, 2012, he was named in a police brutality suit along with 20 other LMPD and Jeffersonville Police officers filed by Odell Brackens Jr. and Leon Brackens.
In 2015, a woman accused him of attempting to have sex with her in exchange for not taking her to jail, an incident internal investigators with LMPD also deemed this incident unfounded even with the incident in 2008.
In October of 2019, a barbershop owner named Kendrick Wilson filed a case against Hankinson accusing him of unnecessary arrests and harassment three times at bars he worked part-time as off duty security.
Hankison arrested Wilson for assault in March 2016 at the Tin Roof Bar in Louisville, the charges were dismissed in November of the same year.
In June 2018, Hankison arrested Wilson claiming his K-9 signaled the presence of a narcotic odor
in Wilsons pocket. It was later shown in body camera footage that Hankinson located the plastic bag on the sidewalk several feet away from Wilson.
In October 2018, Hankinson arrested wilson outside at Sullivan’s Tap House in Louisville claiming that he located a “large bag of powder cocaine” that weighed “an excess of 5 grams” on the arrestee but the
charges were dropped in December 2018.
In November 2019 it was revealed that Hankison and Wilson both had a relationship with the same women.

Mattingly joined LMPD as a police officer in June, 2000. Working in the 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 4th divisions. In 2001, he helped a citizen find a lost dog and in 2009 was then sworn in as a sergeant.
From the 4th Division. he was promoted to the LMPD’s narcotics division in November 2016.
In April 2017, he used force against a suspect and failed to complete the proper documentation on the same day but the reprimand came with no further sanctions and received a letter of reprimand for it in 2018.
