In November 2020, he was introduced to a group named CVLT on discord, which was known for extortion and pedophilia and even was a group responsible for a child kidnapping in January 2021.

Brad found CVLT fascinating because it reminded him of spooky rumors such as Red Rooms and old groups (see FAQ). In CVLT, he managed to create ties with members and 
other servers such as Harsh Reality and Polaris. Due to this, he managed to get a decent amount of people in his group, however due to the nature of members originating 
from these groups, 764 started showing early hints of it's more pedophilic future to come.


In December 2020, 764 made a Telegram as a refuge in case their discord dies. They managed to partner up with other group chats in order to build a bigger group, and due to the nature
of Telegram many creeps joined in order to perve on the e-girls of 764 and spread CP, as well as a couple future human traffickers.


In January 2021, Brad participated in an extortion of a girl in Intense Talk/Cult of Greggy. This was documented in a Reddit thread here:

The extortionist in this video known as "Moist Nigerian" was a friend of Brad and taught him in the art of sextortion. He was well known in 4chan servers and 
communities. In fact, it is worth mentioning here that extortion communities during this time while somewhat connected to Doxbin, were more connected to 4chan, 
specifically their /soc/ board. He was later arrested for cyberstalking, receipt of child pornography, and distribution of child pornography and revealed to be 
(then) 21 year old Zachary Dosch. He is currently 24, but it is seen that he started extorting around late 2019, when he was 19.

Around February, 764 had its first known extortion on Discord. They also got a couple OC animal abuse content, but nothing of note really happened during this month.


In March, notorious Telegram troll "Duck/Gorebutcher" (now known as Angel/Laverne Almeida) joined 764 via "a friend" in order to shill his music. Originally, he 
wasn't a predator at all. However, all that meth he was smoking got to his head, and he turned into a full blown child predator. He is known for spamming CP in White 
Nationalist chats because he hated "cumskins" and probably didn't have anything better to do. He was arrested in November 2021, and the final verdict hasn't been 
confirmed.

In April 2021, the infamous "hamster video" extortion. This will be important later on. This was an extort by MWD764, a supposed Year 8/9 student in the UK. 
The girl received medical help afterwards.
764 also started enlisting the help of bots in order to advertise, usually by targeting group chats on @FurListBot and making gateway groups. 
This resulted in 764 gaining some furries as members, such as the imfamous Riley764.

On May 4th, a video from Faline-San was posted, highlighting an Instagram group called "Applebees." Kenvy was a known partner of 764, and instructed as many people 
possible into joining 764 (and other gcs) in attempts of improving his reputation in group chats he was part of after such a devastating humiliation. This resulted 
in an influx of fansigns and CP to be created. This also caused an influx of children in 764 partnered servers.

On May 7th, 764 was posted up on Pedo Hunters because Brad was proxying a girl. This fansign is notable because it comes from someone introduced from "Amorhzinho," a 
Brazilian CP forum. His OPSEC however was horrible because he left off-site to join the discord, and if he wasn't a 3rd world Brazilian he probably would've been 
arrested. This caused some surprise because Brad and his group wasn't expecting an actual IRL pedophile to join, but after the server was termed, 764 lost contact 
with this individual.

May was also the time that 764 started getting known on telegram, this can be attested due to the fact that a user named Jasper introduced Ellavator to 764, and she was 
a niche Neo-Nazi internet celebrity. When she started to associate more with these communities, political communities started to learn about 764. 
One of the people who reacted to 764 was Epic Danger, a white trash (nationalist) Omegle streamer who lives in a trailer park. He learned about 764, and when he saw
the hamster video he started sobbing uncontrollably. To put how horrible this was to him, he stated "I barely even cried when my mom died," showing that this was more 
emotionally painful for him compared his own mother's passing.

This let 764 gain attention from even more people, and now more politically aligned people started to join. This included Troll Moment, a 15yo who used to be an admin in 
/pol/ group chats. He also got beaten up in real life (notable event).

In June 2021, 764 partnered with Neo Hub in order to get more people into the server. Neo Hub was a Discord Server and Telegram group which essentially acts as a place 
for 4chan/zoosadists/gore/etc groups and individuals to chill and regroup when their gc got deleted. It was owned by Gorvaged, a well known zoosadist, and one of his 
zooey friends. This also allowed Brad to gain a couple zoosadists and zoophiles into 764.

June was also the month that 16 year old MK Ultra joined 764. He was promptly kicked out, however, and so he had to make a new group called "Legion." Unfortunately for MK 
Ultra, he was so poor he couldn't even afford the extorter lifestyle. He managed to only get 1 measly drawing of his fursona. He was basically a lolcow for 764 from 
June to mid-August.

That's true, 764 took direct inspiration from 6996 for gore edits (6996 was a Russian creepypasta, and devoted fans made GCs on VK and Kik to dedicate edits to it, which
included gore, though they were also anti-pedophiles, at least during the context of them pre-764). 
But 764 also took inspiration from Masterchan's /222/ board. 222 stands for "Two is Too Young to Die", and they went by 222 Crew. It was more of a troll group (like 764)

Both groups have notoriety attached to them, and they do have overlapping themes. Something to note is that Bradley takes an interest to drawing and art as 
mentioned in the court document, which is also the community that Dice.org 2051 was part of. They also shared some members/drawfags.

Articles of text in this document with no citations are due to the fact that it contains illegal material.

They barely share any similarities to Brad besides the name. It's full of weird people who didn't grasp any of the shitposting nature of the OG 764, and instead tries 
to be as sinister as possible. Well, it probably produces 10x the amount of child pornography too due to the fact it's more popular now. Kush tried to kill it off 
and leave the community after trying to distance the group from CP production and more into editing, but then Trippy backstabbed him and revived the group dedicating it

Com is short for community and was used originally for groups dedicated to simswapping. However, com started to be known for extortion mainly as a joke during 2021,
but the name stuck and now extortionists are known to be called "comfags", girls who hang out in those servers to be called "comwhores", and etc. No one before
2022 used the term "com" seriously when referring to extortion groups, and anyone who claims they were part of "old com" but uses this term is just lying.

4chan has a board called /soc/ which is dedicated to Cams and Meetups. Users tend to post groups and their tags in there in order to meet with other anons, but of course 
bad actors also use this board to advertise extortion groups and etc. For example, cultists was advertised there, and vore sometimes namefagged as can be seen below

As mentioned earlier, a while ago 4chan servers were more into blackmail compared to doxbin servers. Some 4chan servers still exist and still produce child pornography 
such as bonezone and /polgbt/.

FUN FACT: Sometimes you can spot reiko hopping in and out of these servers. (to clarify, this is referring to the /r9k/ reiko who's infamous for blackmailing people into

For some reason, jannies (site volunteers) on /soc/ allow for illegal content to be posted. This doesn't just include extortion servers, but also trading of illegal 
material and posting. Due to the archives having the files attached to the posts (CP), I will not be linking them. However, just search up "mega links", "blackmail",
or known blackmailers/dog whistles and you'll see.
4chan has had its problem with blackmailers and extorters for a long time, and it is not a new phenomenon. If you search up "4chan blackmail" you can find archived posts
from 2014, and there's probably a bunch oldfag lore out there about blackmailing camwhores from the 2000s and 2010s, but I'm not going to dive too deep into it.

>What is the connection between the sharty (soyjak.party) and extortion groups?
The imageboard soyjak.party (I will now be referring to it as the sharty because I don't want to keep typing out the URL) has had quite a few mix ups with extortionist
groups. A lot of it can be found here:

To summarize the connections between the sharty without any bias and within context, extortion groups did not have any association with the site itself before 2022. 
During 2021 and earlier, extortion groups used 4chan instead (if you really want to go back to the 2000s and 2010s they used other imageboards like AnonIB and 12chan).
This changed however when /qa/ got nuked and people took refuge in the sharty. This was during the post-Brad era, AKA the newgens of the extortion groups. Here is where 
both the sharty and extortion groups started mixing together, and 4chan extortionist migrants treated the sharty as a less restrictive /b/ (even doe 'P shouldn't be 
allowed on any clearnet imageboard). This lead to some stuff such as soylita art traced from CP, Dancing Swede.mp4, spamming of CP, and various new CP posters. 
The sharty also had an incident called "Mao's Destruction," which happened during the Spring/Summer of 2023. From the article, it states that "a server was created by 
some lurkers and a sharty janny who groomed a minor into killing a dog, drawing a swastika on her belly, cutting and burning herself, and other stuff." Something not 
mentioned was that this extortion also had a confirmed extortionist from the 2019 to early 2021 CVLT, as well as 764 affiliates. This shows it wasn't just new soyteens 
participating, but relatively "veteran" (as in non-fedded adult) members originating from 4chan.
Despite the link between the sharty and extortion groups, the sharty staff looks down at extortion groups negatively. This is different from 4chan, which takes a more 
tolerable stance towards extortion groups and allows them on their website. However, since both the sharty and extortion groups can't really do anything to each other 
since their tactics of fighting each other are usually circumvented quickly, they exist in a commensalistic relationship where the sharty just exists and extortion 
groups manage to gain new members from the sharty.

>What is the connection between kiwifarms and extortion groups?
Some kiwifags (you know who you are) participate in extortion groups like this. Whether it's to document the lolcows, general discussion, or actively harming children 
depends on who you're talking about. Since kiwifarms is a Bulletin Board forum, most extortionists either lurk the site (I don't think they care enough to scrape it), 
or check up on threads with an account that doesn't tie with their blackmailer identity. To deny that they know about the site is an understatement, but to state that 
there's an extortionist problem on kiwifarms is an overstatement. Joshua Moon doesn't enable them, else there would be a whole section dedicated to underage camwhore 
lolcows (this will never exist).

>What is the connection with the esoteric Order of Nine Angles and extortion groups?
I'm not going to go into detail, as there is a bunch of scripture about the O9A that I cannot read in one sitting, so I'll just go into the basics. If you want to know 
more about the Order of Nine Angles, do your own research about their beliefs and practices, because it takes a bunch of dedication to properly analyze the text (I am 
not responsible if you become an O9A larper).
The connection is due to Atomwaffen and Rapewaffen which were basically nexions of Order of Nine Angles with people they used as opfers (scapegoats basically). A lot 
of neo-nazis took inspiration from these groups, including people from extortion groups. That's why you see people such as Kaleb Merritt go under usernames such as 
o9a.evil, and participate in O9A related circles. Due to the fact that they were "sinister," many extortion groups soon started to co-opt Order of Nine Angles teachings 
and beliefs such as 764 and various others. This practice has since died down, and now it's more about the concept of being edgy, while also being into their own unique 
understandings of Satanism (some have more athiestic beliefs about Satanism that aligns more similar to the Church of Satan, though I wouldn't say exactly since they 
still harm children, and others follow their own paths believing that their evil actions will be repaid when they die and go to hell, those we'll just leave as schizo). 
O9A still has connections to some individuals in extortion groups however, but it's not as strong as before.
Before Atomwaffen LARPers start posting on this page saying this is misinfo and that they don't groom children, did you think people forgot about the transgender latinx

Generally speaking, it's a mixed bag of people. The majority (not all) of blackmailers are male, however there have been quite a few cases of female extorters. The age 
of these blackmailers are diverse, ranging from as young as 12 and as old as people in their 50s, and anything outside of that are extreme outliers. I would say the only 
ages that don't blackmail are people who are considered to be too elderly to know how to use a computer (60+) or too young to fully comprehend how the internet works 
(10-). The most outspoken blackmailers are usually the ones that are 15 to 17, due to their adolescent brain making them take more risks, be more public, and being 
told by more veteran members that they'll get a slap on the wrist due to their actions. This shouldn't be confused with the majority of blackmailers, who are usually 
adults who range from 19 to 30 years old. Race doesn't really have a play into this, so unfortunately you can't just blame this all on the nizzles/crackas/bateaters/etc.
People who participate in these activities live all around the world, but most have at least a grasp of English. Those who don't usually form their own local/national 
groups, such as SystemX or The Kiss in Brazil. They still however interact with their English speaking counterparts through the use of members willing to be translators.

Yes, they traded content from time to time in 2023, nothing much here can be said though.

It depends on your definition of "popping up." When did extortion groups started getting more into Doxbin related circles? Post-Brad in 2022. When did extortion groups 
start to be referred collectively as com? 2021 Brad era. When was CVLT a thing? 2019 but didn't do a bunch of extorting until 2020, and was known as nihilism. What era 
did people start using messenger apps to extort? During the 2010s with Kik being a thing. When was the term hurtcore used for extreme blackmail showing distress? Also 
during the 2010s but on the defunct TOR site Hurt2theCore made by Matthew Graham who was introduced to those stuff by (guess which site???) 4chan. When did cam shows 
started getting clipped and used for blackmail? The 2000s with capping (abbreviated for screencapping) communities (then known as factions) such as Cappers Clubhouse, 
White Room Legion, Stickaps, Stickdumps, and others, and where news of blackmail and camwhores were broadcasted by The Daily Capper. In reality, extortion groups have 
existed for as long as kids had easy access to the internet, and evolved from old blackmailers teaching new blackmailers, the need for predators to make new content, 
and also the legacy that these groups left behind which inspires others. In a way, theres always something whether it be an individual or factions/groups/communities 
that ties all of these extortionists and their respective groups together. 764 has already inspired so many people to make their own groups and extort more minors, and 
it is an issue that will probably never fade away anytime soon.
