Adrian Ugalde is a man who lives about 3 blocks from me. I was coming home from work last night and I knew I had to give him something back as a return to his gift. I've met him before in the past from Christmas.
I came to his house to give him cookies as a return to the gift he sent to my children. As I was going to his house I saw him peaking over a fence I saw him stalking this underage woman in the bathroom. 
As soon as I saw him I knew I couldn't stay there for long. I can't stop thinking about it. I'm making this dox to get this thought out of my head. 
I'm thinking about moving soon, me and my wife have to order a baby sitter every Thursday to keep an eye on my 15 and 6 year old daughters.
