Makes up stories about renters so he can evict them.
After he evicts people he rents out the places at higher prices.
Before being evicted we lived in a motel for 3 weeks because of a gas leak.
We did not have heat for over a month.
We always paid on time.
We then said I was on drugs (not true) and threw us out.
There is no rent control here and not much government housing. No renter protection laws.
